I recommend booking your couture wedding dress alterations six to nine months before your wedding. Reach out once you have chosen your gown and know your wedding date.
You do not have to wait until the gown arrives. Share its expected delivery date when booking. Reserving your place on the schedule and beginning your fittings are separate steps.
If you are planning changes to your body, call early so we can plan your fittings together. If your measurements or body shape change between ordering your gown and receiving it, the work needed, timeline, and cost may change too. I want to support your plans, and an early conversation gives us time to prepare.
For design changes or an heirloom restyle, contact me even earlier so we can discuss your plans and determine when to begin.
Your gown’s ready date matters, too. If you need it for bridal portraits or are leaving for a destination wedding, share those dates when booking.
Already within six months of your wedding? Contact the atelier now to discuss availability. Waiting until the last few weeks limits our scheduling options, and rush fees may apply.
